We built our house 28 years ago so things are starting to ‘age’..including the garage door openers and equipment. “These people ROCK! Appointment was set for 11-2. At 1030 the office called and said the prior job was running long and “would we mind moving the appointment to 3-6pm today?” I said ok. Tech showed up at 415 and was done by 530.

He inspected the door and told us what was needed and we agreed.

He did the normal door maintenance (lubrication, tightening and adjustments);

He replaced the rusty top and bottom door plates, replaced a pair of 7′ cables; replaced the door drums and replaced 6 sets of short rollers. He also relocated one of the door drums and made it match the other side.

He was polite and worked efficiently. Excellent job, the screeching is gone and the door is happy. He gave us three payment options and picked up and took away every trace of packaging and the repair.
